Here is an example of a marble sign (Rojo Alicante) with sandblasted graphics. The marble is mouted on a urethane backer with a beveled edge. The sign also has an acrylic slide-in mounted on front to hold meeting room schedules.
A unit number for a hotel, made from translucent green acrylic backsprayed with super sparkle silver metallic paint. There are "see through" areas as well. The lettering is laser cut and applied to the surface which was laser etched to accept the letters.
A condo project unit number with custom mounting bracket. These signs were made from sandblasted stone tile and have laser cut elements applied on surface to complete the logo.
Mounted on a custom bracket, this double sided blade sign is made of two marble faced mounted on a center urethane substrate. The tile is sandblasted and painted gold on the blasted areas.
An evacuation map and state rules. This is a digital print mounted under glass with custom arched top and bottom rails and aluminum back that assemble with hidden set screws to make a frame. This will make the maps easy to change out.
A Las Vegas resort requested these marble tile unit numbers mounted on routed urethane backers. The resort name was applied using laser cut letters. We produced one logo by hand and then cast them in volume - finishing them out with hand painted details.
Another "glass green" sign, this one includes a laser cut fire element with a digital print applied. These signs also have a backplate which holds the sign out from the wall a bit.
This sandblasted marble sign is mounted on wooden backer with the company logo laser cut from two layers of material and includes vinyl script across the front of the logo. The marble is drilled for raster balls to make the Braille.
From the same development as the previous sign, these unit numbers have laser cut elements applied to sandblasted tile. Tiles like these are still light enough for an easy double stick mounting tape and silicone installation on a flat surface.
Photopolymer is always a great choice to use to comply with ADA requirements. These can be produced with layers of other materials to give more dimension. Name plate slide-ins and digital prints can also be added.
